Loupe another name is Image Viewer. Setting it up in GUI will result
into this mimeapps.list change.

After uninstall gnome-console, apps desktop entries with Terminal=true
can't be opened with a terminal any more. In the past, those are opened
with gnome console. The reason is it hardcoded some terminals and
there's not alacritty, see [0]. This url [1] wrote that this commit [2]
now support using other terminals using xdg-terminal-exec wrapper. As
describe in the commit, this is only temporary solution, a proper
solution is xdg-default-apps specification see [3] which does not seem
to making any progress. The xdg-terminal-exec wrapper way works great
and enough for me tho.

wrote that using irqbalance has huge 7-8 times improvements on
"screen-off" battery life. Not sure what's that screen-off means. I
tested 4 hours pinephone suspend without power adaptor with and without
irqbalance, without irqbalance battery drop from 99% to 88%, with it
drop to 91%, so I think maybe it is useful, so I choose to use it.

h-hg/fcitx.nvim is the only one out of the three alternatives that does
not have this issue: after / search with chinese pingyin, then enter,
then in normal mode if I press one key, e.g., k, it will trying to use
chinese pingyin instead of using english

dump. distcc to test cross compile. meson is used very often to compile
things, like last time I use it to build seatd.

ca actual cpu threads are 3, `nproc --all` wrongly report as 128. I
tested on all my computers and it seems nproc output is fine. Weird
thing is only ca report nproc and `nproc --all` differently. Anyway, I
just use nproc instead.

fcitx5 now I use a patch to workaround some issues. gtk3-mobile maybe
deprecated, those patches I guess maybe is upstreamed? I use gtk3
instead because phoc seems need gtk3 instead of gtk3-mobile to build
without error. I use pipewire-pulse to replace pulseaudio, pipewire
seems much better, plus on less dependency. I use pipewire-alsa so
amixer will show only Master and Capture instead of a lot more messy
stuffs, so I can use bell and other scripts that use amixer Master.
